We love chocolate… we love peanut butter. It was mid-week and we were craving both so decided to try and bake some peanut butter and chocolate cookies! (these certainly cured the craving… and a hangover).
This is a recipe from Nigella herself but adapted to bake the best soft and gooey cookies.
For our university’s paediatric society a bake off was held to raise money for a chosen charity. The theme ‘childhood treats’ was set and my friend and I decided to take on the challenge. Let’s face it, baking and a fundraiser can only be a good thing.
